- The paint sprayer pumps are filled with pump saver before being store on our shelf.
- The customer should run clean water through the entire sprayer until the pump saver is flushed out then run their paint through until solid paint comes out before spraying their wall
- The easiest way to keep the paint sprayer clean during use is place it in another room if possible or outside if weather permits then just run the hose into the room being painted.
- Always recommend that one person stand with the paint sprayer while a second person sprays
- If it is not possible to have the sprayer in another room than the unit should be covered.
- ***Note*** do not block the vents on the paint sprayer if covering unit as this could cause overheating and damage the sprayer
- **WARNING – The paint sprayers build up a lot of static electricity that can cause a fire if flammable cleaners or paints are used in the machine**
- IMEDIATELY AFTER spraying the unit should be flushed with clean water both through the hose and through the primer until clean water comes out. then open the primer to relieve all pressure from the system.
- If paint sprayer is not flushed after painting the paint in the unit will dry up cause clogging which could damage the paint sprayer
- Paint sprayer must be cleaned and flushed before returning to us or a cleaning fee will be charged.
- If you are using the proper allowed paint (Water Based Latex) the sprayer is easily cleaned with water
Cleaning
- The unit must be cleaned including the spray gun, Frame, Wheels and tire
- the unit must be completely flushed with water until clear water comes out of both the primer and main hose
- All pressure should be released from the system using the primer handle
