Started By removing the carbs, pulling them apart and cleaning up any issues here

fuel filter doesn’t look too dirty
these have definitely been pulled apart before. all the screws show signs of striped slots
they look pretty clean inside that’s a good sign
One Intake had to come off with carbs due to stripped screw.

The carbs were pulled off pulled apart and checked. Believe it or not they were very clean inside and needed next to nothing. (Don’t fix what isn’t broken)

Next the Petcock needed to be gone over

Filter Stuck in tank and nothing but dust and dirt came out
Cleaned up and rebuilt
Cleaned up and rebuilt
Cleaned up and rebuilt
Cleaned up and rebuilt

Though the images do not show new fuel lines were put on the petcock

Air Box

With the air box removed we can see that there was no apparent damage to the box itself and no signs of leakage from the box
