Discuss these points with customer before renting equipment out

  • Customer MUST park the equipment back in the SAME SPOT the take it from. (Not in a different spot and not somewhere else on the parking lot)
  • If Customer is not sure that they can back the equipment into the correct spot than they are not Qualified to tow that equipment and should not rent it.
  • Towing Vehicle MUST be registered and insured but person renting the Large Equipment
  • Towing vehicle can NOT be Someone other than renter’s vehicle (No Buddy’s Truck) even if the other person is with renter.
  • Towing Vehicle can NOT be Towed by Another Companies Rental truck
  • Our Equipment CAN be towed by our Load -n- go Pickup
  • Customer MUST refill fuel before returning Large Equipment
  • Customer MUST clean the equipment before Returning it.
